Correspondence Clerks to assist in case of press of work in othar

Departments especially in the compilation of Statistics.

At present they are not fully occupied. (page 18.)

At present Trading Junk Certificates are issued at the Harbour

Office on Measurement Certificates sent in from Subsidiary

Harbour Stations. Fishing Junk Licences are issued at

Subsidiary Stations.

The measurement of Junks should be continued at Subsidiary

Stations, but all Certificates of Registry and Licences

and renewal of same shopld in future be done at the Harbour Office. (page 18.)
